I work with people who are at turning points in their lives – relationships starting or stopping, job searches, business launches. I especially love folks in their mid-20s/30s, in the midst of the ‘oh shit, what do I do next?’ phase. I also work with new coaches going through their certification journey to grow their businesses effectively.

I bring out your inner powerhouse.  Together we take you out of options overwhelm and help you understand how to make crisp, clear, quick decisions about the BIG (and small!) aspects of your life.  Are you wanting to launch your own business? Start doing what you know you are supposed to be doing?   I specialize in helping you understand how all aspects of your life can work together. 

We start by fully discovering and clarifying your life purpose and then use it as a launching platform to dive into the rest of your life.  I believe to powerfully and intentionally move forward with our big purposes and dreams, we need to have clear, open hearts.  This means doing some emotional housekeeping. Heartkeeping, I call it.

Giraffes have the largest heart of any land animal, as well as a fabulous perspective on the world. This is what I bring to all of my clients.  I work with my clients to create a clear heart to super-charge their lives. The result of our work together is a life that lets your amazing self shine through.  It creates a life full of fun and ease instead of the headaches of trying to ‘fit in’ because you ‘should’.
